  1. I was not the original poster although I as also wondering the question. So I didn't add any baby yet
  2. What did you mean by 'adding at the consulate level'? You meant adding the new born after obtaining the interview letter? In that case, how would you add it since the CEAC application portal freeze as I guess? Did you as well add your new born after you got DQ?
  3. Did I understand wrong? You mean it is very easy and taking so less time to file a lawsuit about immigration?
  4. Hi everyone, I submitted the docs on 5/3 for my spouse but then noticed that the photographs submitted under civil documents were wrong. I submitted marriage photographs as there are no clear definition about them. Researching in the forums I found that they should be passport size photo of the applicant. Since I already submitted my docs I am not allowed to edit them and therefore I uploaded the photo of my spouse to optional documents section. What else should I need to do? Appreciate any help! Thanks
  5. That's really stupid. As you said it is on the explanations section, meaning it is still on the document yet they don't accept it. So then you didn't upload joint birth certificates, which contains your marriage surname, but seperate birth certificates (i.e. only your birth certificate with your maiden surname)
  6. How they are able to transfer their cases from Ankara to Abu Dhabi? Is it possible? Shouldn't they have to be resident/citizen of UAE?
  7. Wait.. Didn't they accept your birth certificate since it contains your marriage last name instead of your maiden last name even if you took it from e-government? We had submitted the same doc with my wife's marriage last name into I-130 appication and USCIS accepted it
