Thank you. So upload 1 is my response letter and summary with some key evidence, including their letter and cover letter included at the beginning. Upload 2 is my full passport and her full passport and scanned boarding passes and Philippine BI visa extension receipts. Upload 3 is a one page joint lease and numerous Air B&B pdfs and credit card statements showing charges inside the Philippines. Upload 4 is our apostilled marriage certificate and and info on financial support. Upload 5 is notarized affidavits from family and additional pictures. Does this seem like an appropriate organizational scheme?

Can I please get some feedback on this game plan of what to include in my main 5 uploads and what to include as supplemental evidence? We were married in a Utah online wedding while we were physically together in the Philippines. The RFE issues are proxy marriage and bona fide intent. Thanks very much. MAIN UPLOADS RFE Response & Summary (Passport bio page & stamps, wedding video screenshots, boarding passes, excerpts from the other exhibits) Exhibit 1 – Petitioner Passport (Full) Exhibit 2 – Beneficiary Passport (Full) Exhibit 3 – Apostilled Marriage Certificate Exhibit 4 – Airbnb Visa-Purpose Receipts SUPPLEMENTAL EVIDENCE • Exhibit 5 – Joint Lease • Exhibit 6 – Boarding Passes • Exhibit 7 – Financial Support Proof • Exhibit 8 – Credit Card Statements • Exhibit 9 – Additional Photos • Exhibit 10 – BI Visa-Extension Receipts • Exhibit 11 – Affidavits of Family Members

Thank everyone again for their help, I am still plugging away and making progress. If I plan to upload my response in pdf form, should I be inserting the letter I received and the attached cover sheet to the beginning of my pdf? The end of my RFE states in bolded capital letters, "PLACE THE ATTACHED COVERSHEET AND THIS ENTIRE LETTER ON TOP OF YOUR RESPONSE" Should my pdf response have the attached coversheet first, followed by the RFE letter I received, followed by my response and evidence?

Thank you, I appreciate your insight. In my case, I may have opened the door by previously uploading some transfer history and my RFE does contain this language, "Such evidence should cover the entire period of the marriage and may include, but is not limited to: . . . Remittances of wire transfers or monies sent to the beneficiary to help support them; Note: The sender and recipient of the monies deposited/sent must be clearly shown by name, address and phone number." So I am inclined to include that information, I am just trying to get it to match up with this requirement of showing her address. All Xoom shows is her gcash phone number and name. I can include a photo of her gcash profile and the associated postal id. I am wondering if there is a better way to ensure it will be acceptable for USCIS? Thanks again!

Many thanks to those who have commented already. Can anyone help me understand how to properly send evidence of money sent for support. The Request for Evidence I have received states, "Remittances of wire transfers or monies sent to the beneficiary to help support them; Note: The sender and recipient of the monies deposited/sent must be clearly shown by name, address and phone number" My wife is Filipina. I send money to her gcash. I previously included screenshots of my transfer history on Xoom and on Wise and screen shots of bank statements. I'm not too sure if these were looked at and if they were deficient. The screen shots show her name and her phone number. How do I satisfy this requirement to show her address with gcash transfers? Thanks.

I originally included affidavits from her brother and sister and my mother, and I intend to update these and include them again in the RFE response. I understand these are weaker evidence than passport stamps. Nevertheless, what should I make sure to include and consider in with those affidavits and with getting them notarized? Many thanks.

I am also wondering if I should include screenshots of the chats with Air B&B hosts where I provided both my wife's and my passport, you can see them in the screenshot. That seems to me like better evidence than the pdfs Air B&B provides. I guess I am getting obsessive with this but I want to try to get it right. Thanks so much.

ChatGPT suggests that I include a screenshot of my past trips screen and a table summary I make myself with the dates and confirmation codes, basically all the limited info the pdf's for visa purposes contain and then also to include 6-8 of the 1 page pdf's Air B&B generates. Is that a reasonable way to proceed? Thanks.

I am trying to wrap my head around how to use information from Air B&B in my RFE response. I have like 25 stays in my past trips. Many of them are consecutive stays at the same units. A few of them were rooms I got for her brother and sister. They have a get pdf for visa purposes link, and the pdf this generates shows the dates, the amount paid, a confirmation code, and the guest names (Although you just type that in yourself when you go to request the pdf) . . . . . Should I generate 20 some of these and include them? I could also take a screenshot of the past trips page. Thanks again for the help.

I have found 5 out of 6 actual boarding passes, I am missing my boarding pass from my return home the second trip. I do have an e-ticket they must have printed at the airport, it's on that type of boarding pass card stock. And I have a qr code boarding pass image saved on my phone. I remember my flight got cancelled that day and they moved me onto the next flight out. Not sure if it's better to include or omit that e-ticket and qr code boarding pass saved on my phone. Thanks.

You seem highly knowledgeable but I am having trouble reconciling this advice with recommendations to include everything I can which could easily go over 100 pages. Is a reasonable way to approach it to have a 10 page or less response with some images and attachments but include and reference more voluminous attachments? For example perhaps two pages of pictures with me and her family but reference an attachment with a greater number of pictures? Thank you for your help.
