Can I Get CFO at NAIA Without Flight Ticket? [split topic]

My appointment was supposed to be yesterday but it didn't go through because the reservation i filled was different instead of GCP the reservation filled was PDOS. The available slot is june and my problem is my visa will expire in june. -
I just want to ask, can i get cfo sticker at NAIA even though I don't have a flight ticket yet because my visa started on march 23 and will expired in June. I hope my question can be answered, thank you
