    We are thinking of paying with Alaska Mileage Plan credit card for our Adjustment of Status filing fees. We read on the USCIS website that payment by credit card issued by a US BANK is one of the payment options. We know Alaska Mileage Plan cc is an airline card, but on the back of the card, it has the website and logo of Bank of America. So we are confused but also it would very much help if we could pay with this card.

    According to the criteria of who to include in the household size, there's nothing that says "spouse's parents" and "spouse's unmarried sibling". (i-485instr.pdf (uscis.gov)) but me (the applicant) and my spouse currently reside with them in the same house. Are they automatically still included or no?

    My family are thinking of traveling from the Philippines to Hawaii and stay there for 2 days to pick up some relatives before we travel to California for my wedding. I know K1 Visa will not allow me to leave the USA country again until I get a greencard, but I wonder if it can be used with traveling from one state to another before&after you are married.
