    Here you go: USTravelDocs For the packet 3 I remember we just sent back DS-160 confirmation page, copy of biodata page of the beneficiary's passport and two 2x2 passport photos, hopefully you can get more details through chat.

    Just go with whichever has "K visa" listed under it. K visas are handled just like immigrant visas but the actual K visa is a nonimmigrant visa. When my fiancee was at the interview, they put her in the immigrants line instead of nonimmigrants. But it looks like you still have to wait for p3 from the embassy,4 months seem way too long. I would give them a call and see what's going on, they have phone numbers just for American citizens, they also have live chat and video chat so you can contact them. I've used their live chat and got to a real person pretty quickly. Some people also ask their congressman for help.

    Yeah I think you are on the wrong website, your embassy never sent you p3 and gave you instructions. You don't pay the fee first then schedule, you start scheduling interview then pay the fee during the process. Go to traveldocs, select your location and start there.

    Are you trying to pay the fee on CEAC or Traveldocs?? You are supposed to create a profile on Traveldocs and pay the fee there. Choose non-immigrant visa during scheduling interview and it shouldn't ask for an invoice number.

    We have exact NOA1 date as yours and my fiancee's already got her visa. She got packet 3 from embassy(not Lagos) one week after they received our case. You never received any mail or email from embassy??? How do you know they have your case? They should contact you and give you instructions. K1 cases don't have invoice numbers.

    Update: It was touched today and changed to "Approved".

    Fiancee had interview on September 27th, CEAC status has been stuck on " nonimmigrant visa application-application received" for more than a month with only one update on October 5th. How long did it take for you guys to get your visa from this embassy?
