Toyota Canada is not issuing Compliance Letter citing new policy, now our plans are shelved. Customer Reps said to check NHTSA website despite telling them that CBP Sweetgrass specifically mentions, on recorded message, that Manufacturer Compliance Letter is required. Called also Toyota USA but was told to get the letter from Toyota Canada. HS7 box 3 is sky high for an option due to 150 per cent bond. Stucked here for now, thanks Toyota Canada.
