I think you were the one who gave me the site link of where to change your address for passport return? This is where you find and print the courier instructions to send to them.

Hi All, I am happy to report we now have our passports with visas in hand and we plan to go to the border next week to activate. To add to my comment above. My husband, the primary applicant, was showing issued the day they received our medical. Mine didn’t say issued until we received the passports so not sure what happened there but just in case that happens to anyone else in the future. Our interview date was May 26, 2023. I am listed on the tracker as LYV here is an update for the remainder of the dates. Sent passports on Aug 7 2024 and that was the day we did the medical as well. They received the medical on Aug 12 and my husbands status changed to issued that day. We got the tracking number for the passports on Aug 20 and received the passports Aug 21. We are under EB1A category.

Hi, wondering if you were all put in DS 5535 and then you and your kids were issued visa while your wife still waits in AP? We sent our visa’s and documents in. My husbands status says issued right away last week. Mine still says refused.

Has anyone had after they sent their passports and new medical one person in their group say “issued” before another person in the group but eventually both get issued? My husband’s (primary applicant) has said issued for 3 or 4 days. His was pretty much same day the medical arrived. Mine still says refused. Hoping it’s a normal part of processing. Haven’t received anything with tracking for the passport back yet.

Hi @ak47, I am an EB1A and we got our email last month. My interview was in May 2023. Do you have a lawyer you are working with? Our case moved forward after our lawyer followed up for us. Not sure if it’s related though as the lawyer got the canned response then about 3 weeks later we got the email to re-do medical, etc.

Does anyone know how to change the original address to receive our passports back from to consulate. Also, does anyone have instructions on how to send the passport? We have moved since over a year ago and need the passports sent to a different address. Thank you.

@Admitt Have you not received your passport back from the embassy yet? It says on the tracker you sent it late May.

What documentation were you asked to bring?

I'm starting to wonder if this is not an issue with the Doctors office not knowing what they are doing. I am in BC. Although I am travelling to Ontario this week maybe I should do it there if they cannot get their stuff together.

Yes, we are booking with the same location as well. Showed them the email. They have our previous information but apparently they need new forms updated or something in order to do some testing again. We followed up with embassy so we'll see what happens.

Has anyone experienced where they go and try to book the medical and it's not updated for the doctors in the system yet so they are not able to take you in for your appointment? Had to make and break an appointment this week. Waiting on update. Hoping it's just a lag with the holiday week. We got our notice on July 2. We emailed the consulate about it and the doctors office did as well. Made a new appointment for next week.

Hi Friends, I am happy to report we got the email for request for second medical and passport return to consulate on July 2. Our interview was at the end of May 2022. Our DQ date was in 2019 though, which puts us in a longer overall waiting period than most on the sheet. I have updated my original spreadsheet and whoever is operating the new one can copy and paste. We did not file a WOM. Our lawyer emailed at the beginning of June for an update and got the typical generic response and I saw one update then. I was not tracking updates everyday. I then thought to check on June 27 and there was an update and then the 28th and 29th. So I thought we must be getting close. Got the email on July 2. Overall there seems to suddenly be a lot of movement after being mostly quiet this year. Yes!!!!!! So exciting! So Happy for you! This is excellent news for everyone as there has been very little movement all year and now 2 people at the 15 month mark in the span of a short time.

Ok great to know! I am at the 13 month mark now and haven't filed so fingers crossed there are a bunch of us getting close 13, 14, 15 months.

On my original tracker is says you filed a WOM on June 12, 2023 and that you got your request for second medical on June 12, 2023. I know the second medical one must be June 12, 2024. But when did you file WOM?
