My fiancee has 2 kids 17 and 16 and decided they do not want to travel with their Mom. They are deeply rooted in family and plenty of friends and relatives. They want to stay in the Philippines and consider their Mom as an OFW worker (who gets to spend vacation every 2-3 years). My question actually is how do I fill out I-129F form for strictly my fiance (K1) only and without the children. Do I leave out the kids name on the form? If the kids name are included on the form, do I attach a statement that the kids (K2) are not to be included and will not accompany their mother or will travel in the future. Any help to shed some light on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Duh! what is IME?

Hi, New to this board. Have a question please. Gathering information in I-129F paperwork. We've been chatting coming on 2 years, visited her twice. My GF worked in Saudi within the last 5 years (2017-2018)We have her employment information, phone number of previous employer, exact dates entering and leaving Saudi. Unable to determine if she would need a police clearance from the Saudi Embassy in Manila and paperwork requirements to obtain said clearance. Thanks and appreciate any advice.
