    Hey guys, anyone filed VAWA in Jan to April 2023 that has received their receipt notice? I filed in Vermont in March. No receipt notice till now. What can i do?

    Hey guys, saw this news about USCIS opening a new service center specifically for vawa/humanitarian cases: https://bizlegalservices.com/2023/03/30/uscis-opens-new-service-center-focused-on-humanitarian-and-workload-cases/ This seems like good news... Hopefully they prioritize current cases

    Hey guys, thanks for all the info you shared here. I just filed my VAWA but it seems my lawyer still filed my application in Vermont service center instead of Nebraska. USCIS is allowing filing in Vermont till April 12. I am a bit angry because I was hoping my lawyer would file in Nebraska since they are not yet overloaded with cases there and it would be a bit faster. What do you guys think?
