It was a response to the public inquiry. Haven’t gotten any welcome email but I think I read that they don’t always send one… 

Just got my NVC Case Number via the email to NVCResearch.  Also received the Public Inquiry response informing me the case was received.  To all who follow: do both each week until you get a response.  Took me 93 days from NOA2 to NVC Received.

I think you'll get your case number next week. My petition was shipped on May 12th, and NVC got it on May 15th. From there, it took 2 weeks to get a case number (May 30th). So based on that timeline I would say it will be 2 weeks from May 28th-30th ( so around June 14th).

Go to the USCIS website (like this contact page for instance) – in the top right corner you'll see an option called 'Ask Emma', which is the name of their chat bot.
All you gotta do is type in 'live agent' and she'll eventually connect you with someone from support. For best results, I recommend trying this in the morning on a weekday.

I just tried this, but was told its only been 70 days and you have to wait until 90 days:(
Does it depend who you get through to how helpful they are? Maybe I should try again? I still don't know if it's been shipped to NVC

Ok thanks, I'll try again next week...hopefully we hear soon. I've done an enquiry online too but haven't heard back yet
