    Well I guess that just adds to the excitement of not knowing until it happens and you get a physical document (honestly...I'd rather know, but it is what it is! LOL)

    I did add my case online. Still no documents tab. Not getting email/text notices either though I filled out Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance for each of my forms. Not sure why some get the documents tab and others don't! Yes MSC....that might be part of the issue.

    If I had a documents tab! Filed through the lockbox so no document tab file for me. Mildly irritating Should be here within about 5 days.

    Alright! My case updated today online to show interview was scheduled for I-485. FO is Detroit. Now to watch my USPS Informed Delivery for incoming letter!

    Just got an update (posted 07/09/25) that they are ready to schedule an interview for my I-485. Using the app Lawfully and got the update notice there first despite checking my case online late yesterday. Also using app Case Tracker (has not yet updated). Now we wait...but excitedly

    Today's update on my USCIS account: On June 26, 2025, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status...USCIS has begun working on your case again. We will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. Nice to know they are back at my file!

    That is super frustrating having already had the interview in early May! At least you got that out of the way!

    Yeah, it does seem random even though I know different field offices have different processing times. Frustrating when you see some get their Green Card who has applied months after you (of course happy for them, but you'd still like to see positive action on your own case)! My case is still with (or was with and was transferred back to) the National Benefits Center. Hopefully things move fast for all of us!

    RFIE arrived yesterday and I sent out response today. Request was for my birth certificate which I already included. Sent out another copy today. Same thing happened to my daughter when she applied for her Green Card about 5 years ago...her RFIE was for her birth certificate which she included. Made sure I sent copy of long version so should be good to go. At least I know they are actively looking at my file!

    Just saw on my USCIS account that a Request for Initial Evidence for my I-485 was sent on 06/16/2025. Let's see what info they need. My file was very complete. At least they are looking at my file! Stay tuned....

    Pretty quiet here...no updates since biometrics in middle of August.

    You may have filled all the answers out, but they may have misplaced or not scanned some of your paperwork properly. Happened to my daughter when she was doing AOS paperwork...they had ALL the papers, and even sent back some of the ones they said they didn't have (and YES...all answers were filled out correctly). I wouldn't worry. Complete what they say is missing and should be good to go! Definitely try and keep copies of everything...you never know when someone is going to misplace something

    Yeah it's been pretty quiet. Did get my EAD/social security card...but haven't had an update on anything since October 2024. Hopefully things start moving forward soon!
