re: i-94. apparently, you cannot find it online if you travel on TPS. you have to reach out to deferred CBP office to have them pull it for you. Denver office was super nice and responsive and emailed her i-94 over.

TPS is in the same limbo right now, so i was just curious how yours was progressing. Our biggest hurdle was resetting her K-1 admission, as she wouldn't be able to AOS from it (she was locked in to the original petitioner). Keep us updated on your case, please. Good luck to you all!

any updates, guys? same boat. spouse was out of status (K-1 overstay from like 17 years ago) until she got her TPS in 2022/23, and we just now used the I-512T to travel and re-enter, which hopefully reset her status as she was admitted back into "TPS" on the passport stamp. we're hoping to file for marriage-based AOS, but with everything going on I wasn't sure if that was also impacted. Much appreciated!

Update: we've traveled out of the country and came back yesterday (thru Houston). She was held in secondary inspection for about 30-40 mins (we almost missed our connecting flight lol). The officers couldn't figure out how she had a clean passport with no stamps/visas/entries (got the new passport in 2023) and had to make some calls about it. Didn't ask any questions and she finally got the admission stamp into TPS "status." Didn't get the paper I-94, so I'm hoping we can find it online. Heard some folks were having issues with that and had to use a combination of first/last/middle names to locate, or call the deferred inspection offices to resolve this. Overall, the officers and Houston staff were all very nice and professional. I was <nervous> with everything that's going on right now when it comes to immigration and feel very relieved we've now passed this stage. Could anyone tell me if the marriage AOS is impacted by the current "pause" that was announced recently? Obviously, her TPS extension is up in the air, but curious about marriage-based AOS. just wanted to updated. the travel doc came in a month before the tps expired... needless to say, we had to file again in late 2023 and it just now got approved and received in the mail last week (filed in Dec 2023). at least we have a little over 2 months this time...

in a similar boat here with k-1 overstay. i'm a usc and my spouse (on TPS) just got her i-512T travel document. if i understand the mechanics correctly, we can travel abroad and when we come back, she should be admitted/inspected, and then we'll be able to AOS from there? will she get a new i-94 number? i haven't been able to find any concrete confirmation of how this all works. she has no criminal or any other negative history that should make her "inadmissible," but i understand it's still somewhat of a gamble. appreciate any feedback.

Hi, all. Not sure if this is the correct sub-forum, so please feel free to move to the correct area. My fiancé is from Ukraine and is currently here on an approved TPS that is set to expire in October. We are looking to file for an AP to be able to travel abroad (we should've filed along with the I-821, but that's water under the bridge). From everything I'm reading online, the AP is valid for 12 months, but I cannot seem to locate any info if the AP expiration will coincide with her current EAD/TPS expiration. Since I-131 takes considerable time to get an approval for, I'm just trying to understand if we'll just be wasting $600 at this point. Let's say it takes 6 months (wishful thinking, judging by current processing times) to get it in, this would allow us a window of only 1 month to be able to make travel arrangements, unless that TPS designation gets extended (which is a pretty good bet at this point). Appreciate any thoughts on this.
