    This is for my wife. I have filed I-130 back in September of 2021 for her to apply for CR-1 Visa. I-130 was approved April of 2022 and then transferred to NVC on May 2022. All I want to know is when she will get CR-1 visa interview at the embassy in Mumbai, India?

    Case is currently at NVC. It was DQ last November 2022. Form I-130 was approved April 2022. Its the US embassy in Mumbai.

    Hello. I am still waiting on my wife to arrive in the US. All of the documents I have submitted from last October have been documentary qualified in November and it has been almost 3 months now and still I haven’t heard anything back from NVC yet about the interview date. Does anyone know when my wife will get the visa interview? The visa class is CR-1. Please let me know. I hope to see my wife soon.
