  1. Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 2, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Congratulations!! woohooo..! I hope that Employment Documents come soon as well, I am a little worried because I haven´t had any updates on the website, my AP status still shows as pending even though my AP document came in the mail approved on Jan 22  don´t really get it...

Lona, you and I have the same timelines I am glad you catched up to AP let´s hope for EAD ASAP... I want to work so bad... =(

    Best to you all!

    Alex

  2. HOLA NIDYA QUE BUENO ESTE NUEVO TEMA.. LO QUE TU DICES AHI QUE EL CERTIFICADO SE DEMORA MESES EN LLEGAR EN CIERTOS CASOS.. ENTONCES PARA EMPEZAR EL AJUSTE?? ES CON OTRO DOCUMENTO.?? NO ENTIENDO ESA PARTE

    INDIRA

    Alex

  3. Congratulations to all who have been getting news on their cases. Sorry for not keeping up with the thread as much as I would like to!

My husband had Biometrics on the 29th of Jan. it went very well only took about 10 minutes. He was in and out. I couldn't go in something about limited space but everything went smoothly!

I have a question I added my cases to CRIS when I got my NOA1 for the I-485 and EAD which was on the 4th of Jan. I haven't had any touches at all. I see everybody getting touched especially after Biometrics but in my case nothing. I thought for sure I would get a touch after his Biometrics! I just want to be TOUCHED!! Should I be worried?

I wouldn´t be worried if I were you, I got my AP approved in the mail without touches... so I assume that the system is not bullet proof....

    Best luck

  4. Congrats to all those who got news! very happy for you all, hopefully your actual documents will come soon and final approvals will come for all of us as well!

I received approved AP last week Jan 22 in the mail (without update on the website) and was hoping to get EAD a couple days after, it hasn´t come yet but I am keeping my fingers crossed...!

    Good luck everyone

    Alex

cool you basicaly got the same timeline as me , am hoping to hear something soon too

the only touch i had since biometrics was on the old I 129f on jan 27th , for what ever the reason

Yes we do, good luck to you!... and it is funny that my packet was signed by this V. Bustamante character as well... very popular guy in this forum LOL

  5. Hello everyone, even though this is my first post I have been following the December filers forum constantly. As you can see on my timeline/signature I am a December filer myself. I received very good news yesterday when I opened my mail and was surprised to find something from USCIS, I for sure thought it was a RFE but was happily surprised by it being my approved AP... yes my approved AP a little after a month and 10 days from filing!!! (Way to go USCIS  )

So cheers to everyone and hopefully we will be having tons of approvals some time soon...

As a side note I hadn´t had any touches on AOS and EAD since Biometrics, AP was touched 01/17 and 01/18 (no e-mail alerts even though I have it activated)

Keep the good spirits and be positive!

    Best regards

    Alex

Congratulations on your AP !!:dance: We also have similar timelines like you and I see you are in Wisconsin too !! . We didn't get any email or touches since the biometrics so I hope we will be lucky like you and soon have some good news from USCIS.

Hey Alejandra, yup I am in Wisconsin... In Milwaukee actually, hope you get your approvals rolling soon!

    Suerte!

Hi AlexKate,,, did CRIS(USCIS) update your status online before you recieve you AP approval? Im anxiously waiting for my EAD,,,,,, really hope to receive it this month.

Nope... nothing... according to the website as of today, my AP case is still pending and at the National Benefits Center... so for me the website hasn´t been that accurate
