    It was a 221g for court document. And it's for a CR1 visa.

    I know there's no specific timelines and might not be able to compare, but wondering for anyone who had an interview in Jamaica and was put into administrative processing, how long did it take? Husband had his interview April 16 and got 221g for missing document but they kept his passport. Missing document was sent in April 19.

    I'm the petitioner. The beneficiary was the one arrested for illegal possession of a firearm but the case was dismissed due to no evidence and that is all stated in the letter they provided.     Went to the court and let them know we need court records for immigration but instead they provided a certified letter signed by the Deputy County Clerk. The letter states the court that was attended, the judge that presided over the case, the date it happened, the charges, and the final disposition. Would this possibly be enough or should we go back and push for the records...?
