OK, i guess we are already into this long road, i have just filed my petition to VSC, (I-129F) and i got the I-797C-Notice of Action, everything seems to be going good, but my question to you guys, which is my fiance's concern too, its - How on this forum or at USCIS website, for instance, could i check the current application times, or where can i find how long does this takes? this site has been of great help, i really appreciate all of the information shared, and i have been searchig all over, i found that application timeframe charts, but sometimes they are really a little difficult to read for me. and one saids that with VSC it usually takes 5 month, but this is counting from where? anyway, whichever subject you can help me with, i'll be gladly appreciated, also one of my concern is the economic eveidence of support such as the Affidavit of Support, when does this needs to be filed, and since this is my first as a federal employee, yeah! i work for the US Postal Service, but my last income tax return, it's not from a whole year, just half of it, and i live by myself, my previous jobs were not that big of a deal, so my previous income tax return were not so great, would this be an issue? now i'm ok financially but i've been on this job for 6 month only..how can i find out what's the current poverty line?

Acho que ja estamos nesta longa estrada, pois ja dei entrada no processo com o NVC, (I-129F) e ja recebi a notificao I-797-C, todo parece que esta indo bem, mas eu e a minha noiva temos algumas questoes, que ainda nao estao bem claras, - Como neste forum ou no website da USCIS posso saber o tempo aprox de processamento, onde posso saber quanto tempo em geral isto costuma levar? este site ten sido de grande ajuda, e agradeco a todos que ten fornecido suas informacoes e experiencias, tenho estado buscando pelo site inteiro, e tenho encontrado algumas tabelas indicando o tempo de processamento, mas as vezes sao um pouco dificeis de entender, uma delas mostra que o tempo atual com VSC e de 5 meses, mas isto e a partir de quando?

Agradeco qualquer ajuda que possan me oferecer..

On I-129F Instructions said:

"Submit a completed and signed Form G-325A(Biographic Information) for you and a completed andsigned Form G-325A for your fiancé(e)."

Does that mean that my fiancee needs to sign this document, ok, i know that i can sign my bio form, but what about her? do i need to send her one for her to sign?

Oh! yes, absolutely, i have all kind of photos taken during 4 years of relationship, we lived together, never married, because i knew what it was coming...my worries were wether my cuban passport with the visas/entries to Brazil were a valid proof of meeting her frequently or not! and by the way... Hello y'all.. I am new around here, and i am loving this forum, it provides so much information...now i have a couple of questions here, i haven't filed a petition yet for my fiance, she is from Brazil, and i am a naturalized US citizen originally from Cuba, and before getting my US passport, i went to Brazil a couple of times, the last one being within the last two years, but i went before as a LPR (US Legal Permanent Resident) using my Cuban passport, of course i have all the visas, immigration stamps from Brazil, which will be what the USCIS request as one of the "meeeting evidence" my question is: IS THIS GOOD ENOUGH? or i still would have to engage into another journey? this time using my US passport, yeah! i know what you all might be thinking, Wow!! a 5 years relationship? it's actually more than that, since i previously live for 5 years in Brazil after leaving Cuba, and we've been into this relationship for 9 years now, it's crazy, it sounds crazy, and we are kind of desperate now..the waiting has been too long, even when i have visited her over there and got to spent like 5 month each time, very affected economically, but it was worthy...quality time in the good ones and the bad ones...right?
