I have a quick question regarding the DS160 form. From the day the form becomes available for me to file how long can I wait before submitting it? I know it's valid for 30 days to submit after starting it. But I want to know how long I can wait before starting it? Would it be possible for me to delay starting it for a month or two?

Hi just a quick question.
The beneficiary has had a change of adress and a change in mailing adress. We have not received our NOA2 yet but will soon hopefully. When do we update them with this new information?
What mail is sent from the Montréal embassy to the beneficiary? Can the mail they send be done via email?

You won't need to delay. With a Feb. petition approval you will be lucky to even get the visa issued by Aug doing everything normally. Also, don't forget get that the visa has a six monthish expiration date after it is issued.
Okay thank you, I just seen some people on the K1 discord from Canada recently had a 3-4 month wait after receiving their NOA2, didn't know if things were speeding up.

Hi everyone, I have a question about deadlines. I most likely will receive my NOA2 in February. My question is once I get to the NVC stage how long can I wait to pay the fees and complete the DS 160? We're just wanting to delay the process so I'm moving no earlier than August or September.
Thank you for your help:)

Beneficiary has had a change of address before receiving our NOA2, will we have to update uscis before we receive that or will we update that when we receive our NOA2?
Thank you for the help.

Sounds like you need to do some basic research on the process. I suggest you read the guides on the K-1 and familiarize yourself with adjustment of status.
I thought I had a basic understanding until I seen someone say we needed the i-864? But now in in a complete jumble of it all

Like if the income requirements are not being met right now will we be denied?

We will be using a joint sponsor for our k1 visa. We sent in the k1 packet early may but we didn't include form i-864. If we are not meeting the income requirements will will we get denied on the NOA2? Should we send in the joint sponsorship form now?

We are getting close to submitting our i129f package, and I'm curious how long the process time will be? If the package was submitted before may, and everything goes according to plan, how long should it take till I am able to move in with my fiance?

Does all mail that comes from the USCIS and embassy go to the petitioner? Besides the visa, what other mail will come to the beneficiary? Beneficiary has had a change of address and now uses a P.O box.
