Still waiting 6 weeks after DC for our interview letter. We’ve had nothing.

I just got DC today! But I have a question to see if others have received this same message when they were DC. “The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted“

Yes I did. Both have been submitted. And accepted. -
What is the name of this topic? So I can find answers to my question. I was also trying to ask my fellow friends here if they ran into the same issue.

Got a question! I’ve been back and forth with NVC for 2 weeks now. With them deleting some of my documents and then them asking me to submit them as if they never were submitted. They are asking for all the documents for my Mom’s taxes. My mom is a W-2 only. My parents do file their taxes jointly and I believe they are seeing my Dad’s 1099 and want that but he isn’t a listed co-sponsor. They are asking for her “1099” as if it is hers and not my Dad’s. “Please submit every 2023 W-2, 1099, and Schedule form for (co-sponser)”.

We are waiting for NVC to review our submitted paperwork. Finally got everything done!
