    Hi Yall! I am currently at the NVC stage filing for my spouse. I filed I-130 CR1. My question is, Can I use I-864EZ instead of I-864?? I am only petitioning for my spouse only and my income exceeds the poverty guidelines. Please help as I do not want to have RFE.... Thank you!
