Hi everyone I received my IL today for July 7. My DQ was April 2022 PD was April 2017 Hope you all will receive it soon too -

My husband consulted a few lawyers for the same but they advised not to try it as you ll not be granted non immigrant visa. Though the present government proposed it in its new bill but the bill has been rejected Eagle Act if you want to know more about it
