  1. Thanks MAHALisMAHAL for the information. USCIS normally waives the oath requirement for children younger than 14 years old. My daughter will be completing 14 years by Sep 16, 2024. Not sure if my daughter's interview will be over by that time or not. If interview doesn't happen before that time, she has to give interview and then oath. Not sure how to prepare for the later scenario. Any information from persons who had to undergo interview and oath is appreciated.
  2. Hi All, Thanks for all the information regarding N600K Process. I applied for my adopted daughter's Citizenship (N600K) in Jan 2023. I opted for Las Vegas USCIS office. The processing time shows 17.5 months. So I am expecting interview this year. I have few questions regarding Interview and oath process. 1) After the Interview how long USCIS takes for scheduling Oath. 2) How many days trip I have to plan to US solely for N600K process? Please share any information on the above. Thanks
  3. When I applied for N600K about 7 months back, I paid with credit card issued by Indian Bank, The fee was accepted. Receipt was issued by USCIS. It doesn't matter which bank issued credit card. What matters is the credit card must have Mastercard, Visa, Discover etc. international logos. USCIS Website information is old. Fee Payments with other countries credit cards with one of the above logos are accepted.
  4. Thanks CEL2023. I saw SirenDoll's messages also. I tried USCIS via Phone and Emma also. For N600K cases they are not able to open Expedite Requests. They said computer is not allowing them to open Expedite Request. I asked for email of National Benefits Center. They said they don't have email for the service Centers. They advised me to send a message through online account. I did that. After waiting for 10 days, as there was no response, I again contacted USCIS by phone. This time USCIS Grade 1 officer advised me to send expedite request with documents by regular mail. I did that about a week back. By regular mail (india Speed Post) it is expected to take about 3 to 4 weeks to reach USCIS National Benefits Center. So I am waiting. Did you had any Success in Expediting? My Expedite request is on medical grounds. Please share any tips or information useful to me and other members of the forum, if you feel comfortable to share. That will be helpful.
  5. Did anyone sent messages (on any issue) to USCIS through the online account? Did they reply? How many days did they take to reply back? My N600K is pending. Meanwhile emergency health issue came up . I am thinking of sending a EXPEDITE REQUEST. Anyone raise Expedite Request earlier? any information from the members very much appreciated
  6. Hi SaifTariq, Sure. Definitely I will update progress timely in the forum. Thanks
  7. Hi All, I am newbie here. I recently applied for Citizenship Certificate for my 12 year old daughter (N600K) . This forum is of great help. I applied online and used Indian Bank issued credit card. Credit card was also not in my name. The payment was successful. Receipt was generated the same day. Receipt states that biometrics appointment will be fixed soon and and intimation will be sent. Do we have to go for biometrics appointment before Interview? Can someone please clarify?
