My wife got 221G today, we have all documents and she answered all the questions. Most of it around how we met, marriage etc. Do we know how many days to receive 221G questions in mail and the overall duration for next steps (interview again or dropbox) ? What kind of additional proof we can submit for marriage or relationship?

Could someone please share from their experience how much time it is taking to receive passport ( collection) after immigration visa approved?

we just received interview letter ( CR1 category) for Jan 2024, Do I need to register and submit application 160? or Do I have to use form 260 which I submitted earlier? is 160 mandatory to get biometrics appointment? Please let me know next steps.

I-130 filed on 9/13/2022 under F2A, assigned to CSC and transferred to TSC - Status: YOUR CASE IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. Filled K3 6/7/2023 - pending Upgraded I-130 from F2A to CR1 6/30/2023 - Customer care Agent confirmed upgrade completed now case waiting for office make final decision.. Anyone filed NVC docs, could you please share docs check list?

Got an update from Customer care (Emma chat) that my case got upgraded based on citizenship but I don't see any email or online status update.

What is wrong Police clearance certificate? We are in process of pending I-130 and getting docs ready in India for NVC .

I did both and waiting for update. Did they approve I-130 before upgrading to CR1? How long does your I-130 application took for approval? I think it is still good as you can move forward in process and get it update when submitting to NVC

Can someone please confirm, after raising Service ticket for F2A to CR1 upgrade how soon online case status showing updates ?

You can take appointment directly at passport agency if your trip is with in next 2 weeks.

I am planning to take appointment directly at Dallas office as I may need passport for international travel

Just finished my Interview today at FO Irving.. Standard process check-in 9am, wait for IO to call my name After 15 mins IO called me and checked my GC and DL, started interview after I sworn under oath. Interview questions: What does the judicial branch do? Who is the Governor of your state now? How old do citizens have to be to vote for President? What is the highest court in the United States? The Federalist Papers supported the passage of the U.S. Constitution. Name one of the writers? When do we celebrate Independence Day? I replied all correct and IO mentioned just one of the answer is enough. Gone thru my application, dates, spouse details, employer, Job details etc. IO: How many trips outside US in past 5 years? Me: 22 and explained some are work related. IO: Any trip more than 6 months? Me: No IO: Any citations? Me: some traffic tickets. IO: Everything Paid? Me: yes, no dues IO: Any taxes due to Govt? Me: No ( Govt owe me lot) Finally reviewed and signed, IO said I passed all the test and congratulations but he said my BG check still pending as my interview date came too fast (3rd day after my 5year completion date). Gave me 652 a decision cannot be made and told me no need to worry it should be there by end of day. Came back home and checked online.. its already approved and status updated "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled". I took 200+ pages of documents but he didn't ask me any document nor even my passport.
