We just had our interview and we were told we were approved. Our case says application received, but they did say it should take about a week to get the visa, and a few days for the status to change over.

Anyone here with a K1 know how long Amman is taking for interview? Im 2 1/2 months in and still no appointment date. Thx!

Hi all, I have been waiting for our embassy to give an appointment for 2 months now. Would contacting congressman help facilitate anything ? -
Looking for some help here. My case was approved 10/30 and we are at the NVC. However because of what’s happening in Isreal/Palestine it looks like the Beirut embassy is only processing limited “immigrant visas”. I tried emailing them to see if the K1 is within that category or not. Does this mean I need to transfer my case? I am not sure what to do? Why would NVC assign my case there if they are only processing limited visas.
