    Received approval for both GC and EAD on 4/12/2024. File date was 1/30/2024 for AOS and early February for EAD. Currently waiting for both cards to ship out.

    On 4/12/2024, our AOS application was approved! Official USCIS receipt date for AOS package was 01/30/2024.

    Our applications were received in early February 2024. We've completed biometrics for AOS and EAD shortly after. Since then, it's been radio silence for over a month now with no update. MyUSCIS site says EAD case decision is taking longer than usual. Just checking in to see if anyone who filed in February has at least received their EAD or AP yet. We're in Houston, TX by the way

    Our applications were filed in early-mid February 2024. Completed biometrics for AOS and EAD shortly after then radio silence for over a month now with no update. MyUSCIS says EAD case decision is taking longer than usual. Houston, TX

    You have to fill out an inquiry on this NVC site.

    Do you need the actual welcome letter from NVC to schedule the interview or just the application number & invoice number? If it's the latter, send an inquiry to NVC for the invoice number. In my experience, I only needed the application and invoice numbers. The website was able to pull my NVC application and allowed me to pay/schedule the interview easily after that.

    Hey guys. My case package was shipped by NVC and is "In Transit". According to DHL tracking, it will reach the consulate next week. Can I go ahead and schedule the interview or should I wait for the letter that NVC sends after it reaches the consulate? Thanks.

    Hey Aren and Mark, NOA 02/23/2023 here. I sent an inquiry to NVC this past weekend and I received my NVC case number today. I'm sending another one for the invoice ID number as well. I recommend asking EMMA (USCIS) if they sent out your case to NVC. If the response is yes, ask them what day they sent out your case.

    Thanks for getting back with me. When are we supposed to complete it? Do we have to wait for NVC to send us anything?

    Also, if it's the DS-160, do we need to wait for NVC to assign a application ID number? If not, when can we fill it out? thanks

    A little confused. Do we need to complete the DS-160 or DS-260? US Department of State website says the DS-160 is for K1 visas. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/forms/ds-160-online-nonimmigrant-visa-application.html#:~:text=The DS-160%2C Online Nonimmigrant,(fiancé(e)) visas. Help pls.

    NOA2: 02/23/2022 No update after that. Asked Emma and the representative told me the case is still at USCIS waiting to be sent over to NVC. Hopefully those of us with NOA2's in late February see some activity on our cases.
