I can finally see my I-485 online today !!

It says its been touched today so they must have just put it in the computer !

Now for them to send us some good news!

Do they send us back a NOA for our RFE?

Congrats to all of you getting transfered!

I'm so jealous I haven't even been touched since our bio appt and I still can't see I485 online....hopefully after they process our RFE I'll be able to!

For those of you that couldn't see your I-485 online and then got an RFE...were you able to see online after you sent what was needed back?

Also

Did any of your cases get touched while you had a RFE?

My FIL has to finish up with the employment letter so hopefully we'll be mailing it back by the end of this week!

Even though we're getting RFE its nice to know that they're working on March Cases

Vegas was ok....I would never recommend going there when your pregnant....people are drinking and partying.....I was tired from the walking and feeling pregnant....I was so worried I was going to look fat not pregnant...but i definitly looked pregnant....it was sooo great to see my parents I hadn't seen them since july I cried like a baby when we left!

I'm back from Vegas....hopefully I can get my rfe stuff sent in today!

My inlaws (who are the joint household sponsor) are gone away for a week but they left the letter and 6 months of paystubs...so hopefully thats all we need!

i go to Vegas in a few hours...now i just have to finish packing lol

just came from biometrics... it was esy.. no people at all ... but they couldn't take my biometrics for so long as I have (regarding them) wired fingers....

Looked at my case online and my I765 (EAD) was touched again!!!!! So I guess it happened because of biometrics??? Then why not I131 (AP)???

The biometrics was for EAD and I485

Hey all...I go to Las Vegas tomorrow...the honeymoon we never got and to see my family!! I'm so excited...just hoping that we have no problems....being pregnant I've been very emotional and if I get yelled at there is no doubt that I will cry!

It seems like if you can see everything online except your I485 then your going to get an RFE.....

hopefully we can get everything sent in quick and get the show back on the road!

got our biometric appt done today!

The people were so late we were like 15-20 mins late we got so lost....but they took us right in and everything was done in 15 mins!

I've been getting all my mail her since I started school...so a year and a half...and I had most of my stuff mailed here ...I didn't have muh at home really in Canada....I lived in a home my father owned...so it was always there to go back to he just sublet it out when i moved. I had the stuff I did have sold in canada throughtout dec and jan when we decided to get marrried

please please please anyone?

on form 1-864a the JOint household sponsor they need more proof of current income other than the taxes and w2s we sent.

If we send his pay stubs for the last 6 months do you think that will be enough??

I was just wondering if anyone else filed with a joint household sponsor what did you send??

We got it in the mail Elmira.

It was requested for our joint sponsor.

For my original sponsor (my DH) we sent 3 years of taxes and w-2s and paystubs

For our joint sponsor we just sent 1 year of taxes and w2s

I hate having to have my fatherin law get a letter of employment but I'll ask him and see what he says....and we'll get 6 months of paystubs

So I was a student last year in the US didn't work so I have no income...school ended in Dec I didn't go back to school in Jan....Found out we were pregnant like a week after school started.....We got married on Feb 14th.....When it asks when you ceased to be a resident of canada what do I put ?? do i put our wedding date ?? If i do that do I have to refile next year with the Canadian government? My husband will obviously be claiming me next year and the baby since I won't be working.

unless she is a permanent resident she won't be covered for Medicaid but rather emergency Medicaid...all it covers is delivery....the appts up till then aren't covered....but the baby will be covered after delivery for a year.....so don't lose your insurance!

I'm going through this right now....we're paying all the dr costs out of pocket....its very expensive!

An ultrasound alone is $300....it sucks not to have insurance!
