  1. Thanks. Its really very confusing. Some people say 90 day rule exist and some say it doesn't. Only 10 days left for us to complete 90 days, on safer side thinking to wait 10 more days then will apply. Anyone has really any idea, fees exactly when its going to increase of I130 & I485 with other forms. Any exact date?
  2. Hello All, Need suggestions on below. I am US citizen. My mother came US on visit visa (B1/B2) on 18th Dec 2022. I am planning to apply for her Green card application asap. I have some questions/concerns. We are waiting to complete 90 day rule for safe side. Her 90 day will complete on March 18th 2023. 1)I believe I can apply after March 18th or I should wait like 100 days instead of 90 days? 2)I see I-130 & I-485 & other forms fees are going to increase in mid of March 2023. Any one know exactly when fees are going to increase?Should i apply asap on march 20th? 3)I am thinking to apply I-130 online, after that then mail I-485 with other forms. But if I go on this way I will hit fee increase I believe. 4)If I file concurrent altogether I130 & I485 on march 20 2023, I might not hit by fee increase? Very much appreciate your help/reply in advance.
  3. My Mother is in US now. Thinking to apply concurrent filing, I130 with I485 together by mail? Is this option is better than to send I-130 online then I485 by mail later.
  4. Hello All, I am US citizen. My mom came to US(Chicago) 3 weeks ago on B1/B2 visa. I would like to apply Green card for her asap. I am confuse which route or process I should apply. Which exactly forms I need to send if I use option A & what is the benefit of using option A? If anyone can send me any link/help/direction would be really helpful. A: File I-130 & I-485 concurrent filling. I think need to mail together both forms. OR B: File I-130 online & then mail I-485 after that. Thanks in advance. Any help would be highly appreciated.
