Are you filing for your removal of conditions also? The way you asked the question it sounds like you may be removing conditions for your children only, and not yourself.

As I read the instructions, you pay $590 for yourself ($505 + $85). Then you only pay only the $85 biometrics fee for any dependent listed in section (5) on the form.

For example. As I read it, I will pay $590 for my wife, and only $85 for my step daughter listed in section (5).

Im done with my ROC, because I came here a year ahead than my boys if the 4 of us came here in the same year then I know that we will only need to pay 590 for filing fee for the 4 of us but separate biometrics fee for each...

yes im only filing for my boys and I want to be sure about the filing fee for them if its 590 for each or only 505 + the 255 biometrics fee.

i do believe you have to pay $590 for each of them or i maybe wrong

Hello to everybody here on VJ, its been a while since i last posted in here been busy at work and the daily routine. I am now gathering all the paper works needed for my 3 boys ROC and Im confused about the payment I know that the filing fee is $505 plus $85 biometric fee my question is do I have to pay $590 for each of my boys or only $505 filing fee and pay $85 for each of them for their biometrics? I have to be sure before we send the papers next week, any replies will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

What I meant is if something went bad. Maybe after she comes we have issues like some couples do. Maybe everything she does irritate me. Maybe everything I do irritate her and things like that. Maybe she will miss her friends and family too much. Maybe she will be home sick and like to return back home. Etc. I don't think she is a scam or anything like that. She has no need for that because right now she has a very nice job.

I learned so much. To sum it up, what is mine now is mine. It will just be the difference between what I have now and what I have after she comes.

I guess buying her the house and depositing some cash is up to me. I really don't understand how some guys can send those girls back home with nothing.

MAYBE you don't trust her enough to think of such things..like what you said she will leave everything behind her just to be with you without any knowledge of what life is waiting for her in USA . I f you would really want to do the prenuptial let her know in advance before coming here to USA, ask for her opinion and feelings about it so that she knows what is waiting for her, she may feel offended and hurt but at least you hear her side.

Yes its $545 now including biometrics and we need to do the biometrics again, my question is i cant seem to find where to send the check for US DHS (been two years and since the last time we sent payment to them) i see some address on their website and it kinda confuses me..like you jerzboi i still have few months but its better to start gathering all we need as early as now.

I do the house chores because im not working but my boys are here to help me what i do NOT do is ironing his pantsand dress shirts im not good in that so he needs to bring it to the dry cleaner but my husband do all the outside work mowing the yard watering the garden and plants and cleaning his truck ,he likes to grill so he do that 4 times a week after work, he sometimes cook breakfast for me too.

why not use a $5 asian calling card? im sure you wont call Philippines everyday just to chat for nothing right? its good for 30 mins..it works for me and my husband liked my idea of cutting our international call, i don't want to be tempted using the phone then have big bills to pay later. IMO call only if its really important ..just a thought

Yes you need I-130 , a DS 156, an I-134 for EACH child, just make two copies of each to be sure..PM me if you have more question I'll be happy to help.

what visa did she come to the states on? it's unclear as to whether it's the k-1 fiancee visa or a tourist visa.

shes here for a tourist visa only, she wants to know her boyfriend more thats why she wants to know if she can extend her visa till summer,but they are thinking of getting married in Thailand next year.

Im back from my vacation ang bring home my boys with me. its a long flight but its all worth it now i can say my happiness is complete because my kids are with me and im with my husband whom i love sooooo much.

Hey all Im in the Philippines right now but will be home soon on the 25th just in time for our first year wedding anniversary which is on the 26th. Im having a great time here and my 36 days vacation went by so fast so sad to leave my family behind again but at the same time happy that im bringing home with me my 3 boys and be togetehr again with my husband whom i missed somuch..Oh well this is life you have to sacrifice somethings to be able to achieve something. If you are buying an RT (US-PH-US) its better to purchase it in the US. For 1 way ticket I was able to booked for $680 cathay pacific POE - NY. If you kids are less than 12 years old dont forget to apply for travel tax exempt at dept of tourism.

NWA was running a special for roundtrip tickets from the Phils to the USA. If it is less costly you could cancel the return trip.
