Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately from what I read a deployment is not a reason for expediting the I-130, only a permanent change of station... but maybe someone here had different experiences?

Wow that's great! Congratulations!! I applied in March 27. At the beginning the estimated processing time shown on the website was 11 months, now it has changed to 5 months. So I'm trying to be optimistic. -

My average waiting time also changed from 10 months to 5 in a short time. Hopefully it will coincide with the real processing time:) thank you for your reply and good luck with your visa!

I wanted to spend a few months with my husband (he’s American) before his deployment. I’m waiting for my CR1 visa, we applied for it in March. Do you know how long should the gap between the entries be?

Hello! Do you know if there is a minimum period of time that you need to be outside the US between one ESTA stay and another? For example, it possible to re-enter the ESTA after staying in the USA for 2 months and returning to your home country for 2 weeks? Maybe someone was in a similar situation?

Hello everyone! Do you know how I can make changes in my I-130 after getting a new passport (with my new last name)? Do you think it might delay the process? Also, has any of you applied for a B2 tourist visa after submitting your I-130? Is there any chance to get this visa while waiting for CR1? Thank you in advance! Have a great day!:)
