Thanks @Prads ! I did the same, but the renunciation certificate doesn't print the middle name. Did it print middle name for you in the renunciation certificate? Only way for my middle name to show up in renunciation certificate is if I add that to my first name. I am planning to use the pdf filler for renunciation certificate and send it.

@Prads I am in a similar situation. What did you end up doing? To generate the renunciation certificate, if I enter my First name alone in the first name field, the certificate generated excludes my middle name. Can you guide what worked for you?
