As my field is business related, my artistic asset is my knowledge, by association, business people present their art in conferences, lectures, roadshows etc. However I am not sure about it, so I brought this question to collect some different perspectives. Hi, My name is Michel. I am new to the platform. I am applying EB1. I have a question. I am in the business sector. Can I use the criterion "Evidence that your work has been exhibited in artistic exhibitions or showcases" for the keynotes, conferences, and seminars I have given during my career? I know it says "artistic", but if I use according to 8 CFR 204.5(h)(4) - "If the above standards do not readily apply to the recipient's occupation, the applicant may present comparable evidence to establish the recipient's eligibility? Wouldn't that be a valid attempt? Thanks. Michel.
