Just wanted to ask if anyone here knows. I was already issued an immigrant visa but my wife who is my derivative cannot have her interview because the case ID cannot be found. I did not listed her on my dashboard as my accompany because she can't come home yet for the interview. I called the visa appointment service and they said case was already escalated. is there a good chance that the case will be reopened?
