pls. anybody i just wanted to clarify things, we received our approval last Jan. 30, and i wanna asked do my fiance (petioner) needs to send any documents to the USE here? that same documents when he applied for our K1 Visa? and everything docments that he sent to the USE be sent to me as well?

is it different from packet 3 and packet 4?

st. lukes is in quezon city, u take either of the two mrt or lrt 2 ( the new lrt) stop at cubao station, and u can take taxi from there or at the opposite side of the mall, e. rodriquez, ave. is not far from there, thats where st. lukes hospital is,

Yea me to you guys am almost done with collecting all the papers all i have left is the I-134 part and Geico thanks for finding that out about the I-134 form it makes it a little less stressfull.

hi! just wanna asked what are those papers or documents needed? are there additional documents necessary to be attached to the NOA2? are there going to be sent to the beneficiary directly or to the US embassy where beneficiary is?

Yehey I'm happy for you .I just had my medical last monday and i met someone there that has the same problem with you. It' so hard to have sputum test.you know SLEC is checking every details about us.Godbless and takecare

Hello august fellows, why USCIS stopped to approve August Filers. I saw several september filers being approved yesterday. I congratulated them too, but what is going on with ours? I hope in God we can hear more approvals of August.

We sent our papers July 16, and our NOA1 Jul 27, till now NO NOA2 yet, got a touch from immigration asking RFE, and was sent yesterday......hope it will move faster.....the waiting is so hard....

As i understand RFE stands for request for evidence? - my fiance was asked to send a copy of the car wrecked case he had last 1987 from the courthouse that the case is closed. I don't know if that paper will move our papers faster....

Any August fillers hoping to get NOA2 by January. I am in it and sitting with big hope.

When I say August fillers, I mean someone who sent their 129F in the month of August. That way, there is no confusion with received date, notice date and so on. Thanks to Mox, who gave the idea.

we too re august filer sent it aug. 16, yah! it seems we can't expect to received notice this month, NOA2, but we will just hope that we will be able to early next month....

I did call today. First time, I got somone was a typical government employee. The line broke. I called again and I got another guy, who was very helpful. My name in the file was wrong. The person corrected it and then he asked me to wait to that he can locate my files. He said it would be done in few week. He was cheerful and asked me to hang in there.

Have any other August fillers receieve NOA2 in 2008? I see we are not very active, compared June and July fillers.

Please, If Someone, who filed in August at CSC,has gotten an approval, try to fill the timeline. We are anxious to know and begin to congratulate and make the happy dance :dance: :dance:
