Hi People! Need help again... im now filling up my husbands G325A and my biggest dilemma as of the moment is he cant remember the maiden name of his first wife and her bday. We got a certified copy of the judgment. But it doesnt state there her last name (maiden name). It was an ugly past for him..its a long story...is it okay to leave it blank? i dont know what to do..I'm stuck! I cant afford to commit mistakes now. please please help me. thank you

anyone please help me I'm the one preparing our paperwork simply because my husband hates details.. . He's divorced twice.. I want to know if i should send every page of the divorce decree along with the I130? Will appreciate any help I can get. Thanks and God bless
