  1. I am just curious how long it will be when your MAHAL finally comes to America from when you last saw them, and how many times you have seen them from when you decided to go through the whole visa journey process.

As for me and Lenie, I last saw her in May when I stayed there for two weeks as her and I visited around my favorite places and saw my favorite people. When she gets here, it will be 10 months since I last saw her. It will be quite a shock, but a very very joyous time.

I arrived in the Philippines on 16Aug., just 4.5 hours ahead of my honey's 27th birthday. We stayed together in Pasig City for 2 months until my departure 15Oct.

I will see her in early to mid-June before our expected delivery date of 22-27June08. We chat online w/ skype video call every morning and evening. It will be 8 months between our last in person contact. We had our Noa2 approved on 5March08. We're very excited about our future.

  2. Hey Francis myself and my wife were in a somewhat similar situation last year, I dont want to bore you with the details but the thing i wanted to point out is regarding the CRBA and the birth certificate. My wife gave birth on January 15 and the NSO just finished processing and we got the certified birth certificate from them. It takes 40 working days before you are able to get that, you'll have a draft copy of course but it isnt acceptable as far as the US Embassy is concerned. The hospital will probably inform you of that 40 day timeframe when you are doing the paperwork for his birth certificate, but i just wanted to let you know so that you can figure that into the time ouf your K-1 process. If you have any questions regarding the CRBA process and interview we will be going through that process in the next few weeks so i could let you know how it went and what you might need and how long they took to schedule the interview with the child present so that you can get a better a idea of the time it might take.

  4. It was love at first sight when I saw my honey. I had thoughts, how could a woman of such beauty be single? My honey never has a bad picture, even if she says she looks pangit, I think she looks beautiful always. I love my honey's inner qualities as well as her exterior gifts, she truly is my other half. She illuminates my soul. I love you baby.

    "Thank you honey!" (L)

    I'm beautiful because of you...

  6. Obama is a good choice for the U.S. A clean break from the Reagan/Bush/Clinton/Bush monarchy is what what the U.S. needs more then ever. Nader in '00 would have been revolutionary for us but alas the neo-cons won. Obama is packing 'em in where ever he goes, a sure sign of how unrestful the U.S. is politically. I went to an Obama rally a few weekends ago and it was like a giant party, very participatory audience. Go Obama!!!

  7. right!

Well we're doing ok right now, constantly communicating and talking about on what we will have to do when the times come.

Prolly, I will have to give birth by june just before my interview, then get the requirements for baby's CRBA that will take 1 month.

Then, by July (if God's willing) I'll be having my interview for K1.

My honey Frank will be here in June to be with me and baby but he will have to go back after a month.

So I might be the only one to present baby at the USE for interview for his CRBA.

I really hope birth certificate from NSO won't take long.

    Thank you guys!

  8. We're expecting our first baby this june and we're planning to have the baby register to the us embassy,

but I don't know how long will it to get an NSO copy of his birth certificate as it is one of the requirements.

can someone help me with this.

    thank you

  9. Hello,

I'm just new here but we had started our K1 process.

We submitted this January 22, 2008 and received NOA1 last January 25, 2008.

My situation is that, I'm now 5 months pregnant...

My due date will be on June 22, 2008.

We haven't added the baby to I-129F Petition as he/she is not yet born.

    Will it affect our process?

If the whole K1 will take 6 months I'll probably be giving birth before my interview.

I want to know if the baby can go with me to the US eventhough he/she is not included in the petition, although we have stated in our I-129F evidence that I'm currently pregnant with my fiance.

Want to know more about our case.

    Thank you so much!
