    JLVS22BR, if possible once you manage to get a medical appointment could you let us know if they are holding these before or after your interview date? I've read somewhere that the RJ doctor is way behind in his appointments, but didn't have any updates from a while now...

    I don't think it was our week yet. Getting very frustrated, since I have a job offer lined up. I wonder how long they will wait for my process to goes further before they lose their patience hahaha

    It'll come soon! Based on the PDF that they post with guidance here in the forum, the shipment weeks are fortnightly, so if the last shipment was December 6th, tomorrow there should be another package going. I would be extremely surprised if the consulate people open anything on Christmas week, but let's hope so!

    It looks indeed that the employment based interviews are stuck, but I'm sorry that you've been waiting for 3 months now for the IL! This week is shipment week, so hopefully we should hear good news soon!

    You guys understand a lot about the system, maybe you can help me? I'm new here and have an EB2 NIW approved petition. Was wondering if it follows the same shipping dates as the IR-1/CR-1 visas? My timeline is: First email from NVC: 10/07/2022 (pay the fees and submit IV package) Second email from NVC: 11/04/2022 (Documentarily qualified/Queue from embassy) Haven't received my interview email yet, consulate is Rio de Janeiro also. Thank you!
