Thanks for that information Ksenia. She only 5 years old would they still give me a EAD card for her? Also i believe i don't have to file the I-130 right now with these forms right.

Thanks for you repose. read from this blog. She doesn't need some of the forms...like the I-765 and the I-864. Please let me know if that's correct.

I'm applying for AOS for my husband who came on a fiance visa with his daughter who is 5. Do i need to complete all the same forms for her or not?  Please help! thanks

Hello everyone, this is great! I like how we try to help each other out...keep up the good work! Question....where can I check the progress of my case. I just called the Visa Center they told me the embassy in Haiti entered the case on their system today. How long does it usually take to get the packet 3? We already scheduled our interview for March 22nd and we will get medical done next week.
