  1. It's been awhile, wanted to circle back. I got approved for my I751 extension. Overall timeline was sent off my stuff to USCIS Nov 2022, got the card Mar 2024. I did not use lawyers and meticulously prepped my case, was a big file. Resources on here helped tremendously. I hope this helps anyone out there, thank you!
  2. Received my i797 notice of action today in mail. From 12/8, took another ~2 weeks, not bad!
  3. Do you and your spouse live together? What's missing is some rental agreement, joint-mortgage etc.
  4. @Rocio0010 @beloved_dingo - you two are good luck charms. Just got SMS receipt now! 3 business days
  5. Seems like Elgin takes awhile...I'm in the same boat. My package got signed via 12/5 and still waiting for text. If I get it next week will be comparable time frame as yours Staying strong thanks to your notif.
  6. Thanks for input! With air mail I for sure know it arrived because it was signed for at the Elgin location. Just waiting patiently since 12/5
  7. @Rocio0010 @beloved_dingo how long did it take you guys to get a SMS notice (I did submit g-1145)? What about cash check + receipt notice?
  8. Hmm my package was delivered 12/5 to Elgin; no SMS notification/receipt notice yet
  9. Hi - the biggest thing in my mind you are missing is some evidence of co-residence. Do you have a mortgage or rental lease?
  10. Sent out a big packet via UPS next day air - thank you all for your help and insight.
  11. Hope you all had a happy thanksgiving. I'm getting ready to mail - I'm likely going to do UPS next day Air. Do you all know if it matters what physical box I put the documents in? Everything fits quite snugly in a shoe box but I didn't want to appear unprofessional
  12. What's the best way in your guys' opinion to show beneficiary information? A print out of the beneficiary page of an investing account (i.e. 401k) and then a summary of the 401k? I don't need to print out every statement for that particular 401k right?
  13. Yeah ...frankly I could even show my deed in 2018 (which only has my name on it) and then afterwards I added her name after marriage. Thoughts? One more for you - was your financial evidence spanning the entirety of your marriage or just from date you received your conditional green card? It seems there are differing opinions on this. For me personally, I got married in 2019, got my conditional in 2021, which expires in 2023. It would certainly be less paper to do 2021 - 2023...but I'm not sure. Thanks for all your advice.
