It's kinda frustrating that people are booking the medical appointments. Do you know if it's possible to book the appointments without having proof of interview? Because if its 3 mo out as you said, then my wife is probably going to have to do the same as you, and just go stay in Moscow while calling every day... I'd be very glad if you can provide more info about the medical process regarding testing at a different clinic, my wife is up to date on everything w/ records (except for US-approved covid vaccination...)

My mother tried to get ahead and schedule her medical before the invite to the interview but they told her she can't do that! So, she waited and got the invite to the interview, called to schedule the medical apt and was told- we can't get you in time for your interview. She called them and argued: "you told me to wait and now you are saying too late?! Find the time." So, they found a time late in the day or something weird like that.

  2. My mother who lives in Russia has an interview in Poland for an immigrant visa (parent of US citizen). She already has an interview invitation. The

Pre-interview checklists are different whenever we look. One at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/WRW-Warsaw.html#pre_interview_checklist
    states that she needs:

    • "Registration confirmation showing you selected an address for visa delivery through our online customer center."

    1) Does she need to register? It says that people from Belarus do not. Do Russians?

    2) She doesn't live in Poland, what address are they talking about? Does anybody know?

    3) If she needs to register, the customer center takes you to this page below. Would she be selecting "New Application"?

    Thank you,
