    The reason the lawyer suggested going to Thailand is because you are allowed to enter Thailand with an Egyptian passport and the processing times are much shorter than Cairo. Otherwise, no other connection

    Hello, When submitting the I-130 for my wife, I chose Cairo as that consulate that her application will be sent to. A lawyer told me that we can change this to another country once the I-130(Thailand) in hopes to minimize the NVC/Interview process time. Is there any legal implication in doing this? I was told that there's not (and it sounds legit), but I wanted to double check. Thanks

    totally not following..i'm a USC visiting another country. You're saying I have a limit as to how long I can stay? Where is this exit date you're referring to?

    I submitted my I-130 Feb2023. I want to upload some more evidence (i.e money transfers). Is it okay to upload this at this point? I am trying to upload as much evidence as i can to avoid an RFE. I heard that uploading things might slow down your case.

    Nope I never got anything. Had to ask Emma for my receipt number

    Mailed my form on May 6. USPS says it was delivered on May 15. I have not any notice that USCIS received it. Is this normal?

    I filled it out online..Are you sure it's only paper?
