Okay thank you. She filed everything together and recently refile c9 for the ead

This question is related to vawa. My girlfriend suffered abused from here husband hence she file vawa April 2021. She hasn’t received any work permit bcuz her lawyer put c31 however she recently found out about it and refiled in September 2022 still no word as yet. She has gotten 3 prima facie and no RFE thus far. She’s overwhelmed and been waiting for the longest time any advise I could share with her please?

Yes that what I realized just curious to know why his name wasn't on the list for medical. guess will just wait and see. on the website it stated email is preferred no call

Yes they send the email but they only got an automated email

Hello guys need help here! I filed for my daughter she’s married via f3 category after waiting so long she has finally got an interview date, however she and her husband went to do medical today at the AMH in Kingston, she went through okay but not her husband they are saying they don’t see his name on the list they need to contact us embassy in Jamaica. They did make an appointment for the same day but different times also we got the interview letter via email and my son-in-law’s is on it as well so I don’t understand what’s the problem any one with this experience can explain what is really happening please. very overwhelming thank you
