    My number is 59061. We recently tired to request and expedite with the help of our congressman, but we got denied. My fiance is active military and part of an expeditionary group. They're deployed on short notice. I'm feeling so demotivated by this long process and I'm really worried they might not even touch our case since we asked for an expedite.

    How can I request that our case be transferred from one embassy to another? We obtained our NOA 1 in March 2022 and are presently awaiting our NOA 2. I am currently in South Korea on a work visa and would want to have the interview here when the time comes. I'm simply wondering if a transfer request is doable and when I should contact NVC? Does anyone have current experience with this? Kindly share your advice.

    Hi there, I'm lookin for advice on expediting my K1 visa with " military deployment" as a reason? My fiancé is an active duty member, stationed at a forward deployed and rapid deployable command. We have a statement of service from his officer in charge and a copy of his deployment orders. Our expedite got denied because we don’t have a letter stating that the delay will be detrimental to the U.S. government.

    Is there any example of what such letter might state specifically ? I would greatly appreciate any help on this.
