I have a question. I got notice the NVC sent the "K1 visa petition to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria". So we're getting ready to complete the DS-160 application form, but I'm not sure where to send / file the !-134 form. The I-134 instructions simply say to visit their website www.uscis.gov/1-134 (which doesn't tell me anything) or "visit the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter to connect with a USCIS representative for the most current information about where to file".

When you call the USCIS Contact Center, it keeps saying "if you continue to ask for a Representative, I will have to end the call" so I'm kind of stuck/lost what to do at this point.

Complete your ds-160 application online and notify the US embassy to verify whether they’ve received your case or not…about your I-134, your fiancée will carry that with her to the interview. All you gotta do now is wait until they send you the first package via email.

Oh wow. You’re a life saver. Thank you very much. I’ll start the application soon as possible

You dont need an Invoice ID, you just have to use the CEAC Portal and fill out the application. They will ship the case from here

Everyone, my case is now In-Transit

I tried to use the ceac portal several times but it kept asking for invoice id number. My case is already at my embassy, but shouldn’t I log into ceac and pay fees and file the ds 160 before they interview my fiancée?
