    If interested, we sent everything back and it was received by USCIS on 3/4/2024. We just got approved - on April 2024!

    At last! We have finally been approved, just short of 2 years since filing. I logged into my USCIS account yesterday to read that our case was approved (no interview). Also, it now mentions that new cards have been ordered. We are over the moon!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello! Was looking for any experiences post pandemic, as processing times have increased so much. For context, on Feb 21st we received RFE's for medicals, as the medical we submitted in 2022 has expired. This was the first we heard since our AOS case (employment based) got transferred to the NBC in Nov 2022. We completed the medical (incl labs tests and additional vaccinations) on March 2nd and have send it by FEDEX to the field office, to arrive on 3/6/2024. I am really hoping we hear back soon, so if anyone has some experiences with this, please feel free to share. The field office processing the RFE will be Albuquerque. Thank you!

    Hello everyone! So last week we received letters from USCIS in the mail, asking for RFE of medicals. Big hooray! First news from USCIS since Nov 22. We (family of 5) all scrambled and got everything done in 1 week (Flu shots, extra vaccines and lab results) and just sent everything back to the filed office on Saturday. Fingers crossed that it won't be long now. #hopeful
