Hi I'm Ricardo Vilson, I've been DQ since the beginning of October 22, my case is now pending at NVC for interview.
I'm in Haiti, so the interview should be held in the US embassy in Haiti, unfortunately the country is locked down at this moment, almost everything is closed at this moment, including the US embassy, due to current turmoil and protests all around the country.
I'm forced to move in to Dominican Republic which shares the same border with my country, I'd like to know if I can't write NVC and ask for a transfer of my petition to the US embassy in Dominican Republic, before leaving the country.
