Does anyone know of any US embassy where it's not a 60-90 day wait to apply for a Cuban to have a tourist visa? It's so ridiculous, the wait times are insane, in Guyana over 80 days, Barbuda is over 60.. ? Just to fly over for a business trip, it's not realistic for us to have to wait that long for an interview. Any help is appreciated

I'm also trying to get info on this: The news claimed recently that Biden was reopening the embassy in Havana to process tourist visas for Cubans to enter the USA legally, yet I can not get any response from the embassy in Havana, nor can my Cuban friend who wants to come for a visit. Does anyone know if it's at all possible for cubans to get a tourist visa to the USA in October 2022? Or if the embassy is ever really going to reopen to process those? If he were to go to Guyana can he get a travel visa there? Thanks
