    They received my expedite from nvc on November 4th spouse of usc. I got an email from them today that I was approved and was able to make an appointment on November 16 . No backlog what so ever . They had appointment as early as November 9 but was to early had to be able to do medicals before interview

    3 days . But it was an email . Don't think they mail anything Uscis approved me on 20 and nvc sent email on 23 this month

    Thanks it should . I expedited at USCIS. And I'll try nvc 2. And I have a good lawyer

    No I'm waiting to talk to lawyer later on Monday

    They just received mine yesterday the 22nd. I'm going to send everything next week
