    Started at Potomac, we sent i-129 afterwards to try to speed up with K-3 and later found out our CR-1 was sent to Vermont

    No, but he had a restraining order (which was false accusation) and of course he said YES to it in petition i-129 But it’s our i-130 that is pending not K-3

    We filled our i-130 three months ago, yesterday we found out our case is pending due to the “security check”. Is it just a normal procedure that every case goes through or we got stuck for a long time here? Have anyone been in the same situation? P.S. our case was transferred to another service center, then they started this process
