    Mom said the people who interviewed her said they have no authority to adjudicate. They were only to ask the questions and give a report to their senior officers.

    My mom had her interview last November. She was handed the 221g letter and she submitted the documents she was told to submit. 2 days after her interview, the embassy sent an email requesting that she and the petitioner are to have another interview together which they had today. The people who interviewed her (not sure they were consular officers) said they are now going to give the report to their senior officers who will adjudicate the case and that my mom will hear from them when they are done adjudicating the case. I want to know how long such cases take before adjudication.

    could be either It depends on how fast they move. December if they move very fast and March if they move very slow
