Hello my husband is trying to apply to become a citizen but got a DUI back in 2018 he already went to the court to get his disposition papers but the lawyer keeps saying what they are giving him are not disposition papers he has gone back and told them he needs these papers for immigration purposes, and again they told him these are the disposition papers.
