Hello guys,

Finally we been approved on April 11,2008 after 3months from the date of our NOA1.I hope December filers got their approval too.

So its time to wait again for my medical and interview schedule.Does anyone knows how long it will take before i will have my medical and interview schedule????

At the same time,me and my fiancee are starting to gather the documents for our daughter's CRBA and US passport.I hope we will get Aeisha's CRBA done before i have my interview schedule.

Hi guys! Good luck to those who are having their interview this month or next month. Im so happy for you and wish you all the best. Unfortunaely, I won't be joining the list. Something happened two weeks ago. And right now, Im going through severe depression right now to the point of getting sick.

Two weeks ago I ordered CENOMAR eventhough my marriage is already annulled because it was a requirement for the interview. I got the shock of my life when my CENOMAR came... there in the paper, it states that I am married to two men. One in year 1999 and the other in the year of 2o02. It was a shock because I never got married in 1999. I know the person indicated there. He was my ex-fiancee. I was engaged to him when I was 24 years old but I called it off for a lot of reasons. I remember signing papers but I know it was just a marriage license. Anyway, it was a bad break up. I remember him telling me that nobody can have me because he has connections to city hall and he will submit all the papers I signed and make it appear that we got married. I did not take his threat seriously. Then came the time that I met someone and got married. And then this ex stopped bugging me. The marriage didn't last. We got separated year 2006 and annulled year 2007. Last March 2007, I met someone and he is the reason why I am in K1.

I looked for my ex over the weekend so he could shed some light about this fake paper. He is already somewhere in the US so I can not sue him. My lawyer is filing a petition to declare this marriage null and void in the ground of fraud. Although we have a lot of evidences, it will still take some time for the judge (3 months) to make the decision. My next step was to call our lawyer in the US and again I was devastated with what he told me. He said I have to write to the Embassy Manila to ask to revoke my fiancee petition. Because this "prior marriage" was not diclosed to the petition, I may have an issue with misrepresentation which is a ground for denial or barring me to enter the US. Another issue is bigamy which is a crime in the US- another ground for denying my case. And there's a possibility that they will cancel my tourist visa.

Add to this, I think my relationship with my fiancee is now on the rocks. I can understand his dibelief but Im doing the best I can to explain things to him. I just find it hard to explain because I myself is so confused. Im still in a state of shock. He said something about not really knowing me and suggested to get to know each other first before getting married. If that's the case, why did he ask me to marry him 9 months ago? All this time, he doesn't really know me? How can he tell me he loves me if he doesn't know me? I lived with him for a month in the US. Last November 2007, I visited him and spent two weeks with him. We talk everyday, 3 to 5 times....sometimes for 2 hours. Chat for 4 hours...see each other thru webcam. Also, he finds it weird that I didn't know I was married. All I could answer is, this is Philippines... only in the Philippines where some people learn about the law not because they want to obey it but because they want to know how to break it properly. Im just thinking...if I can not convince my fiancee of my ignorance then surely, the consul won't believe me too. Anyway, Im just so tired now... I give up. This is probably not meant to be. I have no more tears to cry...

My fiancee has gone to try and get her passport for the last 2 days. She has NBI, BC on security paper, SSS, postal, student license the school form they ask for on the application, but they told her today she needed old ID's, she doesn't have any she tried to tell them that but they said thats what she needs. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next, I told her when she gets home to call DFA and ask for a supervisor to speak to them and see if she can get a name of someone who can help. Anyone have this problem? Appreciate any replies.

Hi..Yea ur fiancee need old ID's.When i went to DFA last Feb.05,the processor there asked for my old ID's so luckily i brought it with me together with my SSS ID,POSTAL ID,STUDENT DRIVER'S LICENSE,NBI and my authenticated BC.Did she worked before?If she did and she still have her old employee ID or other ID's that expired already..she can use it to get a passport.Well,i brought my daughter with me that time and go to a lady there who looks like a mother already coz i know she will not give me a hard time on my ID's as she can see that i'm carrying my daughter and i pretend that im very tired and plus i came from Olongapo and travel to Manila so she verified my application form and then she told me to go to auditorium to pay 500pesos and they gaved me my receipt with my scheduled of my passport releasing after 2weeks i applied.They are very strict now coz the passport is new now.They changed the color and the background of the passport pic.

If your fiancee , who happens to be your daughters dad is the USC , isn't your daughter a USC too?

Yes my fiancee who is the father of my daughter is a American Citizen.Our daughter was born here in the Philippines and not registered yet at the US Embassy coz Embassy were looking for so many documents like how my fiancee became a US Citizen.He was born in Germany and so his birthcertificate is German birthcertificater.His mother is German and American father.He became US citizen through his Dad.So the documents that he has is his US passport.He is currently in Florida rite now.As some people told me,if we register our daughter at the US embassy,it will take a while before my daughter get her citizen done and the same time they also said that it has not be at the same time to fix our daughter's citizenship and the K1 visa petition.Can anyone help us please???Thanks a lot.

If your fiance is the biological father you and he can register anak at the embassy and anak will get US Citizenship.

If fiance isn't the biological father he just needs to include anak in the I-129F and other forms and anak will be able to accompany you.

Hi Dawn,Of course your daughter can go with you on your fiance's application,just file for k2 vsa.If he is the father of your daughter,the US embassy will request for DNA test.

Yes,my Fiancee is the biological father.We went to the US embassy in Manila last May 2007 to apply for our daughter's US passport and citizenship but they are looking for some papers from my fiancee.He dont have his birthcertificate,he only has his US passport.My fiancee only apply for a K1 visa because he said our daughter will have a visa at the time my K1 visa approve.And No,i didnt get my receipt no. yet.
